Good to know
Are the connectors to my pole included?
No, not when you buy the pump alone. Connectors for joining it to a pole are only included with a full water-fed pole kit; otherwise they are billed as an extra item. Contact Hi Low with the pole you will be using, and they will confirm which connectors you need and give you a quote first.
Which poles does it work with?
It is designed for the water-fed poles in the Hi Low range. The connectors depend on the pole, so name your pole when you ask for the connector quote.
How is it charged?
With the charger in the box. It takes a 100 to 240 V input and gives a 12 V, 1.2 A output.
