Unused items can be returned within 30 days, online orders can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery, and every product carries a 6-month warranty against defects (2 years on the core components of the solar panel cleaning brush).
Returns within 30 days
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. You pay the courier cost to send it back. Once it reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the item price to the payment method you used.
7-day cooling-off period
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online order, for any reason, within 7 days of receiving the goods. We refund what you paid, including delivery. The only cost you carry is sending the goods back.
Warranty against defects
- Every product carries a 6-month warranty against defects, as the Consumer Protection Act provides.
- The 7.5 m solar panel cleaning brush has a 2-year warranty on its core components: the brush-head drive motor, the main control board and the traversal drive motor.
- If a product is faulty, we repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the courier both ways.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear of consumables such as washer sleeves and squeegee rubber, or damage from misuse.
Damaged in transit
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can take it up with the courier and put it right.
