9m water fed pole kit for triple-storey windows and solar panels
This 9m water fed pole kit takes care of the main steps from tap to glass. You get a 9 m fibreglass pole with a brush and a 20 m hose, a 15 litre backpack pump with its charger, and an RO plant that produces 1,030 litres of pure water a day.
It is set up for triple-storey buildings, high windows and solar panels, and you can be working within a few hours of unpacking. The RO plant is the stationary part: it fills a holding tank at home or at your premises.

What it reaches
A 9 m pole is the triple-storey size, and it isn’t meant for anything higher. Actual reach depends on your height and the pole angle, so use 9 m as a guide.
How to use it
- Put the backpack pump on charge as soon as you unpack it.
- Run a hosepipe from the municipal supply into the RO plant’s Gardiner input. The plant has one input and two outputs.
- Collect the blue output, which is the demineralised water you clean with, in your tank or flowbin. Let the red or yellow waste output go.
- Before each job, fill 25 litre containers from the tank and load them into the vehicle.
- On site, top up the backpack from the containers, set it down and work off the 20 m hose.
Good to know
Is a water tank included?
No. You’ll need your own tank or flowbin to store the filtered water, plus a few 25 litre containers for getting it to site.
Why use containers instead of one big tank in the vehicle?
Containers give you more flexibility than keeping all the water in one tank in the vehicle.
How much water will a solar panel need?
Plan on 5 to 10 litres per panel on average. Bigger and dirtier panels sit at the top of that range.
