Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to addresses in South Africa only, by courier, at the flat delivery rate shown at checkout and on our Delivery page. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or holidays.
Returns and Refunds
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and online orders can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Warranty and Liability
Every product carries a 6-month warranty against defects in line with the Consumer Protection Act, and some products carry a longer warranty stated on the product page. The warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, altered, or damaged in any way.
